This house was built by our ancestor, Giovanni Giacin dei Marchi, in 1896. Originally designed as an inn for travelers, history took a different turn: Giovanni moved to Germany to open an ice cream parlor, a “gelateria”, leaving the Dolomites behind.
​Fortunately, the house stayed in the family. Today, four generations later, we have brought his original idea back to life. Through careful renovations, we transformed the historic building into two comfortable holiday apartments, combining modern style with the history of our ancestors.
